MARCH 2014  The NSW Government has established a new 'super tribunal' by integrating 22 of the State's tribunals and bodies to provide a simple, quick and effective process for resolving disputes, supervising occupations and reviewing executive action.

The new body, the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) operates four specialist divisions - Consumer & Commercial; Guardianship; Administrative and Equal Opportunity; and Occupational.

NCAT will be able to review decisions by government agencies about licences for drivers and operators of taxis.
