Do you want to know more about changes to taxi licensing laws in NSW which came into effect on 1 August 2023? Do you want to understand more about the lifting of operational areas allowing taxis to provide taxi services anywhere in NSW? Or, do you want to be a taxi licence holder and operate a taxi service and would like to learn more and how to apply? The Point to Point Transport Commissioner will be hosting industry information sessions, along with members of his team across NSW to provide updates and further information to support the industry on the new laws and reinforce his safety message. The Commissioner’s team will also be available for one on one short meetings to answer questions, provide further information or help you with online applications.
Who Should Attend?
Anyone interested in the new taxi licensing laws – people or businesses wanting to enter the industry, service providers, operators of a taxi service, affiliated providers (those belonging to networks), drivers and taxi licence holders. Please feel free to share this information with other interested people.
