Thank You From Our CEO - Martin Rogers

(Left to Right): Nick Abrahim (Incoming CEO) & Martin Rogers (Outgoing CEO) at the NSW Taxi Industry State Conference 2023)

On behalf of my family, I just wanted to say Thank You for allowing me to be part of the NSW Taxi industry over the last 7 years.

Thanks to your generosity, you allowed me to ask many questions and gain a deep understanding of the Taxi industry. Highlighting how significant and much needed Taxis are in the transport ecosystem, to ensure people get to and from the places they need to be safely and reliably, each and every time.

Travelling across NSW I enjoyed the opportunity to personally meet with many of you one on one and understand what the Taxi industry means to you, which allowed me to better advocate on your behalf.

During my time I have been guided by insightful and supportive boards and a very capable team, which I am very grateful for.

I have enjoyed furthering relationships & partnerships with the many suppliers, venue owners, event organisers & stakeholder partners who we connect with on behalf of our industry.

I am thankful for the opportunity to have connected with a number of MP’s across all sides of politics to promote the Taxi industry, to have worked closely with a number of Government departments implementing reforms and also for the support of the media, in particular during our need for further assistance.

We recently held our NSW Taxi Industry State Conference and there was a great atmosphere, showing a growing strength of a unified industry – “Brand Taxi”.

As I move on, it is great to see Nick Abrahim as the incoming CEO of Taxis NSW. I couldn't think of a better person to lead “Brand Taxi” across NSW. Nick’s passion and commitment for the Taxi industry is evident with every interaction he has and I have no doubt the industry will become stronger under his leadership.

I wish every one of you much success in the future.

Warm Regards,

Martin
